EZ On Coat® Acrylic Primer is a water-based, low solid, 100% high grade acrylic. It dries by evaporation to a clear (opaque) color. EZ On Coat® Acrylic Primer is designed to treat surfaces to be coated with other acrylic coatings, and before PUF is applied.
